I love, love, love my Cozmo. Let's just start there.
BUT
My warranty is up. Its time to pick a new pump and I'm not sure what to do. Its pretty much between the Cozmo and MiniMed.
So tell me - what do you use and if you could pick what WOULD you use?

I love my Cozmo, but if I had to pick again, I might look at Animas.
I love my Minimed 722 but it is all I have had so I do not think I can give you much advice. Metronic has GREAT customer service IMHO.
Brendon uses Cozmo and I love it. I wouldn't use anything else. In the 5 years he's been on it, we've had one malfunction with the battery cap and they sent us a brand new one soon after.
I've had Minimeds (508, and now a 515) since 2000 and have been really happy. I like the "bolus wizard" feature and have had little to no troubles with the pump (and if I did they replaced it in under 24 hours, even when I called at 3am).
