Death by Father Winter

Winter is slowly killing us. If my child spends another day indoors, without fresh air or the ability to run off her boundless energy, I may be forced to ship myself south.

Things are not pretty here.

Ally is wound so tight at the moment that the only sound in our house is screaming.

Have I mentioned its not pretty?

We have not seen grass since Christmas and there's still a good 6" that needs to melt.

I weep looking at pictures others are posting of shorts and short sleeves. Its still t-shirts under long sleeved shirts, under sweatshirts, under snow coats for us here.

And its only February...

(((hugs)))

I won't even mention that I've had the windows open all week.

You could come to Arkansas. We specialize in sixty degree temperature spans - within a single day, mind you. Morning: 20 degrees. Afternoon: 80 degrees. Of course, it could be the other way around, if a storm blows through. Keeps us on our toes!
