Well I did a 2.5hr extended (not combo) bolus at lunch.
Lunch - 192
2 hrs - 91
4 hours - 141.....better.
Guess we'll just keep playing. On deck for tomorrow at breakfast:
Combo bolus - 35% upfront, rest spread over 3 hrs.

I am trying the combo for high fat meals (which seem to be many) and that is working pretty good so far. I need to do more fasting tests. I think my basal rate is off in the morning.
